I had attended the meeting organized at Gujarat Technological University on 3rd March, 2011. In terms of background paper circulated on that day on the initiatives and activities done so far by Techpedia – GTU in connection with Navsarjan Sankul  and the Memorandum of Understanding signed by ASSOCHAM Regional Office, Ahmedabad with Gujarat Technological University on 10th January, 2011 , we are issuing a circular to our members in SME Sector and the associations which are affiliated to ASSOCHAM so that the technical problems and issues of Small and Medium Enterprises are brought to our notice for appropriate resolution at your end.
