In our day-to-day life we hear many news about Tamil fishermen being caught and affected by srilankans.This problem arise due to the fact that the sea border between India and srilanka are not identifiable.The Tamil Nadu fishermen even today invoke the historical rights and routinely stay into the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL) for fishing.Hence here we proposed a system which identifies the country border using GSM and GPS.The GPS Modem will continuously give the signal which determines the latitude and longitude and indicates the position of the fishermen to them.An EEPROM is used to store the data, received by GPS receiver. The hardware which interfaces 
with microcontroller are LCD display.First we split the area into four zones.Normal zone,warning zone,near the restricted zone and restricted zone.If the boat is in normal area, then the LCD displays normal zone.Thus they can make it clear that the boat is in normal area.In case it moves further and reaches the warning zone,the LCD displays warning zonenIf the fishermen ignores the warning or fail to see the display and movefurther,and if the boat enters nearer to restricted zone,the alarm is turned on and the speed of the boat is get controlled by 50%.if the Fishermen did not take any reaction about the alarm and moves further to restricted zone,the alarm beeps continuously and once the boat touches restricted zone,the boats engine gets off by the control of fuel supply to engine.
