A.M.F. panel monitors the main supply and it provides automatic change over facility. It means that when the mains failure is occur, the load will be automatically supply through the D.G. set. And it will also provide the automatic ON/OFF operation of the D.G. set. Some of the operation in industries are of that type in which continuous supply is required with out zero interruption. Just like the melting of sanitary items, if the supply is failed for some thime, then the temperature will decrease in kilm, and the materials will freezen, and whole of batch of materials will be failed. In order to avoid this problem, UPS will be used. It will be supply the load without interruption during the change over problem.
