• Spiral cutting machine is based on synchronizing motions. It is used to make for different shape like as a spiral shape, circular , square, triangle. There are two main parts of the blower which are casing and impeller. While producing casing they have to make 2 spiral shape plates of casing for two sides. There are many of instruments to cut in any shape by CNC machine or by using robotics, but it is not convenient to buy this type of costly instruments for only cutting one type of shape (spiral). So we are making a model of machine which can be useful to cut spiral shapes by nozzle cutter. Now a day made the spiral shape by using the molding and art method. It is a special purpose machine (SPM).The special purpose machine is used for spiral shape for fabrication of blower. This SPM machine is use for cutting in spiral, circular, square, rectangular etc. shape of the metal sheet.
