No doubt that the techniques are developing every aspect of the living beings like telecommunications, aviations, automobiles more and more. But looking towards end users of these development, there are only high class customers. A common person cannot afford to enjoy these sophistications. Similarly there are sufficient amount of development for handicapped person also. But these are all untouched by the middle class customers. So providing these technologies to middle class customers with ease on their pockets is the basic concept going to demonstrate with this project. According to market survey the biggest problem is that the handicapped person cannot go inside the cars available for them; then need help of some other person. This makes them dependent on others. This develops the feeling of underestimation or guiltiness in them. Even if they go inside the car then it is not necessary that he will be comfortable while driving the car. The project "car for Handicap person with wheel chair" is specially designed for the people without legs. Every handicap person have at least wheelchair for his daily activities. In our project wheel chair will get mounted on the chassis of car so easily, as we have designed a unique mechanism for the loading and uploading of that wheelchair with person. The locking arrangement is also provided for th safety. We have to design such wheelchair which will come in the space between the two wheels o four chassis of the auto rickshaw easily. So the person will not be needing anyone\'s help to climb the vehicle and can ride the car with ease. We are also providing the roof and front glass so as to protect the person from the weather condition. Even if there are some faults in the car such as puncture, lack of petrol, then person to unlock the chair and come down from the chassis of the car and can go with his wheelchair, which we have designed specially and will be given as the standard part of the car. One more problem is to reverse that car, so we are providing the reverse gear arrangement in our car as it is provided in the auto rickshaw. Just by pulling the lever he will be able to reverse the car. This vehicle can be also driven by normal people. This vehicle will prove as the boon for handicapped person.
