The developed gasifier stove mainly consists of three units namely, reaction chamber, ash chamber and burner
assembly. The diameters of inner and outer cylinder of reaction chamber are 15 cmand17cm respectively and its height is
53 cm. The reaction chamber shall accommodate 1.08 kg of rice husk. The second unit is ash chamber, which is placed
below the reaction chamber. The ash chamber has capacity of 0.009 m and consists of a fan and grate. This whole
project involved various method and process such as concept design, analysis process and fabrication process. The
developed stove is found to be worked satisfactory with the rice husk having 12%moisture content. The start-up time of
the rice husk fuel in the stove is about 3 to 6 minutes, which was found to be lesser for the half load compare to the full
load. The time required for the fuel to produce flammable gas is 40 to 72 seconds. The total operating time was 22 to 27
minutes when the reactor is fully loaded with fuel, while it was 17 to 24 minutes when the reactor is¾th loaded with fuel. At
half load of the reactor,
