In this patient monitoring system we are counting heart beats via help of heartbeat monitor circuit and sensor which is made by hi-intensity led and photo sensor. When heart beats blood flows through nerves. When blood comes to the nerves the intensity of light will less and when it goes from nerves intensity will go high . thus we can calculate the beats of patient heart. This counting will counted by microcontroller and then calculated for per minute.
A simple temperature sensor(LM 35) that measure the surface temperature. It is pre calibrated for Celsius measurement.this give to us patient temperature of body.
All this data will send to non volatile memory for future use and also to gsm modem for distance monitoring by taking care person or doctor. If heart beats are so hi or so low ,system will take another set of measurement to sure if it finds error it will send another set of measurement to sure. it finds error it will send instant message to the remote person.(DOCTOR)

wheel-chair will automatically finds obstacle from around through on wheel chair wheel IR sensor and give instruction to person wia speaker .As well as stops the wheel-chair even person give command to move.as well as lock the wheel so not move the chair and patient is safe without any person.
In normal condition it moves as per command by joystick.
