A detail study is undertaken in Madurai to find out the marketing setup and its support activities for Airtel’s Broadband and Telephone services for Madurai. Is to study about marketing support activities for Airtel’s Broadband and Telephone services low in utilized area. Also to know reasons for purchasing more of specified company brand and thus improve in that aspect. To know level of awareness about choice of the equipment and also the awareness about the different brands in the market, this would help to attain the company to take appropriate steps. To find the type of surveillance equipment sold by the respondents. Improve the awareness about the Airtel broadband and telephone services. The sample size for this study is100. The type of the research method used for study is Descriptive type of research. And these sample design for this study was convenience sampling. The method of data collection for this study was personal interview method. Villas and Foreign consulate offices.
