The aim of this project is to capture the Electromyography (EMG) signals from the body and operate many instruments and hence improve the lives of the people with disabilities and make them independent. Electromyography (EMG) is a technique for evaluating and recording the electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles Called Motor Neuron. EMG is performed using a sensor called an ?EMG? sensor, to produce a record called an electromyogram. EMG sensors are available in many types. In our project we will use ?Surface EMG? sensor, which takes the data from the skin and then it gives a linear envelope of our muscle movement.
To make a system for the person with disability that they can control wheelchair even if dont have there hands&legs.
