There are 25 call centers branches of i2i enterprise all over India with head office at Mumbai. The data is send by that centers to the Mumbai and back up is taken here. The data received at Mumbai office is in raw format, which is filtered while uploading in sql server. So it is necessary to avoid \'DATA DUPLICATION\'. For this reason we are developing software which will eliminate the duplication which also maintains user friendliness.
This application will do the data processing, which includes data organizing, data sorting, and data cleaning.
The Mumbai branch receives data of SRN (Single Response Number), which is in MHS (Message Handling System) format, which is converted into excel format through the software and then it is uploaded in SQL.
The main objective of the project is keeping a Track on data, so that no duplicate record is sent to the same city. While tracking, the software creates an MDB file and stores in the database, which is sent back to the respective city.
