A SPEECH based interface for user to access his library records,add new records,view old records like books issued,dates of issuing and returning books and various book details.This is very useful for HANDICAPPED persons who are unable to use their hands or for the persons having their hands busy in some other kind of work.It is also helpful for BLIND persons to some extent with the help of some guider. This is done as 5 sem mini-projct.
