The basic aim of this present study is to improve mechanical properties as well as life of material for AISI 52100. AISI 52100 is a group of steel alloy and its basic application for manufacturing of bearing. In this study analysing the process variable of bearing. Through this analysis determine the defect or discontinuity variable for manufacturing process. Eventually, improve the life of bearing by the using various variable such as design, manufacturing route, heat-treatment and metallurgical route for AISI 52100 alloy steel.
